it sure seems like an "all about jordyn" blog these days...but this too shall pass.
she went to the doctor today for her 1 year check up. her stats are:
17lb 5oz 3rd percentile
29" long 50th percentile
so...she's still skinny is basically what i'm saying. she's of average height, but her weight is staying in the low low portions of the percentages. it doesn't help that she has had perpetual ear infections since Dec. 5. we have an appointment this afternoon to have them looked at by an ENT and schedule tubes (hopefully). seeing as how she's been off her 4th different antibiotic since last friday and now BOTH ears are infected again...i'm hoping it's really soon. i'd do it tomorrow if i could. at least she's handling her pain a little better (though she did wake up again last night and had trouble falling back asleep).
cross your fingers for our appointment today and that we can get in to get tubes quickly!!!

Such a peanut! But sooo cute! Did the boys have lots of EI's too or just Jordyn? Poor thing! Hoping you get an end to the misery soon.
just jack had ei's. he's got tubes and has been great since. i think he may have had an ear infection since tubes...but nothing like it was (every month from 3mos to 9mos when he got tubes). poor sis has had an ear infection that hasn't gone away with 3 different antibiotics over the last month. she's been getting them repeatedly since december. but hopefully an end is coming near!
