(i shopped for, and found, turkey sausage. to be honest...
i never knew there was such a thing. did you know there
is ground turkey, too?)


it was a delicious meal (eaten only by jeff and i). just as i started getting it ready, jordyn started crying and wanted to be held. i'm barely able to cook. much less hold a baby and cut up vegetables. so...i enlisted jacob. i actually still owe him $.25 for feeding her for me. he had so much fun with it, too. he was laughing (mostly because she was wearing quite a bit of her food).

then there was jack. sitting on the table. he had his own yogurt, too. at one point he kept saying, "i making a mess." i ignored him the first few times. then he said, "jeff--er! i making a mess." for whatever reason, he has taken to calling me Jennifer lately. he thinks it's funny. i'll ask him what my name is, he'll say "mommy," unless i don't pay attention to him, or he needs to yell upstairs for me. then i'm "jeff---er."

so....which topic was more blogworthy? cooking or the 4-year old feeding the 10-month old with the 2-year old sitting on top of the table?
