we had friends over to visit tonight (angie, steve, gabbie, abbie, joel, will and jay). we had not seen the Green twins yet (well, i have, but i didn't get to hold them), so it was exciting. at one point, one of them was crying in the pumpkin seat, so jacob, jack and jeff were singing to him, and it worked! i have pictures, but i'd probably get it wrong if i tried to choose which is which. even mommy and daddy had to do a double take every once in a while. they were too stinkin cute!!!! i was so excited to see them. hopefully we'll get to see more of them!!!

of course there are lots of pictures of gabbie and jack as well. nothing like trying to force them together already! i'll say it again, "i have no problem with arranged marriages!" they are so cute playing together, and at one point, they were sitting at the kitchen table together drawing and just talking up a storm. it's like they completely understood each other and were having a conversation in their own little world. angie tried to get them to sing Jingle Bells...but it didn't work too well.

one of the boys (one on right) was enamoured by jacob. he kept smiling for him. i obviously didn't capture it here, but he just wouldn't take his eyes off of him. it was too adorable. i remember when jack and jordyn looked at him like that. of course they have both grown out of that.

my darling wonderful Goddaughter, gabbie. she has recovered wonderfully from her surgeries on friday. i couldn't even tell there had been anything done with her eye. she and i even "shared" a nurse. her nurse on friday was my nurse on saturday.

Looks like a fun night! I wish we could have been there...Ryan had a friend over and Gabe was getting over croup. I didn't want him to infect (or beat up anyone).
