i know that no one is even reading these (yet) so why i'm doing it, i don't really know. maybe one day my life will be so utterly interesting that people HAVE to know what's going on in my life!
update on my neighbor's little girl...they had a meningitis scare this last week. thankfully everyone's prayers worked and it was okay. she's home again and just trying to take it easy and recover.
jordyn smiled at me for the first time last night, and i truly don't think it was gas. i was making a noise and she liked it. it was TOO cute. of course, she wouldn't perform for the camera when i grabbed it. her reflux medicine has been changed...but even though it's only been 2 days, she still seems considerably worse. i think she did better on NO medication. but i'll give it until the end of next week before i complain again.
jacob said the cutest thing this week. he's been picking dandilions a lot lately and giving them to me telling me he loves me. after a few days in a cup, they of course died. i threw them out and explained to him that they wouldn't last out of the ground. he said, "i guess we aren't supposed to pick dandilions after all?" but i told him how much i appreciated them and that they were beautiful and how thoughtful it was that he picked them for me.
jack is putting 2 words together lately. all day it was, "hi baby!" he's just so darn cute!
